Dancers must register prior to the event, either online or on-site (if spots are available). Participants can enter as solo dancers only. Places are limited!

Registrations close 5:00pm AEST, Monday 17 March 2025.

Entrants will be notified they have been selected to participate in the Competition by 12:00pm AEST, Tuesday 18 March 2025.

Before the competition starts, all participants will be given a brief warm-up session led by an instructor to help get everyone comfortable and ready to perform.

Rounds: The competition will be divided into rounds, with all participants performing a routine to a pre-selected country song.

Judging: Participants will be judged on timing, creativity, stage presence, technical ability, and adherence to line dance styles.

A panel of judges, including experienced line dancers and choreographers, will score participants based on:

• Timing & Rhythm: Ability to stay in sync with the music.
• Technique: Precision in steps and movements.
• Creativity: Originality of routines and interpretations of the music.
• Stage Presence: Confidence and engagement with the audience.

Scores will be compiled after each round, and the top scoring participants will advance to the final round.

The best dancers from the preliminary rounds will face off in a final performance, showcasing their best routines.

Winners will be announced immediately after the final round.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
