Check out the details below for all the services and support available to ensure your time at CMC Rocks is nothing short of legendary.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Need help but not sure where to go?
CMC Rocks has a number of people you can reach out to and places you can go to for help or with any questions.
Text the Patron Number
Please text 0482 082 812 if you need any help. Include the reference of your location (for example ‘your location is: I 20’). You’ll find the number on signage around the Festival Site.
Head to The Drove HQ
Located near the main Festival Entry, a team will be there to answer your questions.
Box Office at Festival Entry
Box Office will be located at main Festival Entry, they can assist with a Festival Ticketing enquiries.
Marshal Station at Campgrounds
Each Campground has a Marshal Station and dedicated Team to look after our Campgrounds and Campers. You’ll find your Marshals wearing hi-vis and hanging out at the Marshal Station. A Campers Map and Festival Map will be released closer to the Festival which will include locations of all customer service points.
THE DROVE HQ
Where our fans come first, need assistance or information? The Drove HQ team will be there with friendly faces ready to help you navigate the Festival, answer questions and provide recommendations for the ultimate CMC Rocks experience!
LOCKERS
Secure your belongings and enjoy the Festival worry-free with our locker facilities. Store extra clothing so you’re prepared for any temp changes during the day or night or keep your 2025 merch swag stashed away in a safe place. Bags, boots, hats and anything else you don’t want to carry around! Lockers are available during Festival hours Friday to Sunday and are located inside the venue near the main entrance.

Locker Fees: Presales will be $20 per day and Buying on the Day (pending availability) will be $25 per day.
LOST & FOUND
Misplaced something during the excitement? Don't worry, our dedicated lost and found team is here to reunite you with your belongings. Head to The Drove HQ for assistance.
LOST CHILD / FAMILY MEMBER SYSTEM
Safety is our priority. In the unlikely event of separation, our lost child / family member system ensures swift reunification with parents, carers or guardians, providing peace of mind for families. More information will be available closer to the Festival.
MERCH
CMC Festival Merch makes a return in 2025. Stay tuned for news about our 2025 pre-order and click & collect options.
