Carpooling is the way to go! It will make your entry into the Car Park faster and it also benefits the environment. 

The Day Parking Car Park will operate from 8:00am through until 11:55pm (or as long as it takes for all Cars to leave following the final daily performance) on Friday 21 March, Saturday 22 March and Sunday 23 March 2025. No entry to the Day Car Parking Site will be granted outside of these dates and times.

Day Parking is $26 presale per car and must be pre-purchased from AXS.

We can’t guarantee tickets will still be available for purchase on the day at the Festival. Any Tickets available for purchase at the Festival will be $35.00.

Absolutely no tailgating allowed. Cars and Motorbikes only. No Cars with trailers, Caravans, RVs, Camper Trailers or Motorhomes are permitted in Day Parking or Accessible Parking.

No overnight parking or sleeping in your car is permitted in Day Parking or Accessible Parking. 

Accessible Car Parking is available. Vehicles with a valid disability parking permit will still be required to purchase a car parking ticket. You can pre-book your parking ticket with AXS once they are on sale. Noting you will need to display a valid disability parking permit in your vehicle at all times while in the Day Parking Car Park.

If you haven’t already, please make sure you submit your request for Accessible and Companion Card to AXS Customer Support HERE. We will provide you with further details about the location and access closer to the Festival.

All Overflow Car Parking Tickets must be pre-purchased from AXS.

There will be an Overflow Carpark in A, B and C Campgrounds.

Medium and Large Camp Sites can only have one vehicle parked on your Camp Site.

Mini Camp Sites cannot park any vehicles on the campsite however, one car space will be allowed access to park in a separate carpark located close by for Mini camp site and The Inn (this is included in your Mini Camp Site Ticket. Noting, once this carpark is full, cars will be directed to another car park which is further away).

The Overflow Carpark is for people who are traveling with more than one vehicle in their group / camp site. Any additional vehicles will need to purchase an Overflow Car Park Ticket from AXS to park for the duration of the Festival.  

One Overflow Car Park Ticket will allow you to park one vehicle for the whole Festival.

You can drop off your belongings at your Camp Site and then head directly to the Overflow Carpark.

Once Overflow Parking Tickets sell out, you will need to find alternative parking solutions, this can include parking off site and catching the Festival bus or meeting up with your friends before heading into the Festival and arriving in one car.

Picks up and drops back at the following motels only.

Brisbane

Picks up from and drops back to Brisbane Coach Terminal Bus Stop F (closest to Platform 10).

We will have ONE bus service only each day picking up and dropping off at Brisbane Coach Terminal, Bus Stop F.

Tickets are $72 return and MUST be pre-purchased via AXS once on sale.

‍Toowoomba

Picks up from and drops back to Toowoomba Bus Station.

We will have ONE bus service only each day picking up and dropping off at Toowoomba Bus Station.

Tickets are $72 return and MUST be pre-purchased via AXS once on sale.

If you have organised a private shuttle bus to drop you off or pick you up, your shuttle bus will need a Private Shuttle Pass to access the Festival. Private Shuttle Passes cost $100 per pass and can be applied for here.

We encourage you to use our Festival Bus Service which is running from Ipswich Train Station and selected Motels around Ipswich and Springfield. Tickets can be pre-purchased from AXS once they are on sale.

While there will be a limited capacity Drop Off and Pick Up zone located at the Festival Site in 2025, due to the volume of traffic associated with the Festival, we recommend using the Festival Bus Service.

A location for Drop Off and Pick Up zones will be confirmed closer to the Festival.

Due to the location of the Festival and limited number of operators in the area, there are not always Rideshare options available and wait times can be long. Please have alternative plans ready.
