CMC cannot guarantee any ticket purchase made through any means other than AXS (for example, via Unauthorised Resellers or via websites such as eBay, Gumtree and social media Buy Swap Sell pages).

CMC does not allocate any Festival Tickets or Camping Tickets to Unauthorised Resellers (which include but are not limited to: Viagogo; Stubhub; Ticketfinders; The Ticket Merchant; Worldticketshop; and Tixel).

Setting up your AXS Account on the AXS App - iOS or Android

1. Download the AXS App by selecting AXS Tickets app from the App Store / Google Play.
2. Open the AXS App and tap 'Sign Up'.
3. Enter your name, email and password, then tap 'Create Account'.
4. Check your email inbox or junk folder for the verification link.
5. Tap the 'Verify Email' link in the email.
6. Return to the AXS App, where a 'Success' message will appear.
7. Enter your mobile number and tap 'Send Code Via Text'.
8. Enter the 6-digit code to verify your account.
9. You're all set! Welcome messages will appear, and your profile will be visible in the top right.

Setting up your AXS Account on the AXS Website

1. Go to AXS.com and click 'Sign In' at the top left of the menu bar.
2. Select 'Create AXS Account'.
3. Enter your name and email, then click 'Create Account'.
4. Check your email inbox or junk folder for the verification link.
5. Click the 'Verify Email' link, set your password and click 'Set Password'.
6. Enter your mobile number and click 'Send Code Via Text'.
7. Enter the 6-digit code to complete verification.
8. You're all set! Your name will appear at the top right of the page

Be prepared!

1. Set up your AXS Mobile ID Account in advance, and make sure you know your password so you can log in easily.
2. Have your list ready of which Tickets you're buying and who you're buying for!
3. Check the ticket limits.
4. Know how you're going to pay and have those payment details in full handy. 

Yes! CMC Rocks QLD 2025 is an all ages event.  However, all children aged under 18 years of age (Minors) must be accompanied at all times in the Campground and Festival Site by a responsible adult, parent or guardian.

Tickets for Minors can only be purchased with an Adult (18+) Ticket. There are two (2) ticket categories for Minors:

• Junior Ticket 4 Years– 14 Years: children who are 4 years and over (as at 19 March 2025) are to buy a Junior Full Festival Ticket, or a Junior Full Festival & Camping Ticket (as required).
• Youth Ticket 15 Years – 17 Years: persons 15 years and over but under 18 years of age (as at 19 March 2025) are to buy a Youth Full Festival Ticket, or a Youth Full Festival & Camping Ticket (as required).

‍Children aged 3 Years and Under: Children aged 3 years and under (as at 19 March 2025) are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket to gain entry to the Festival Site or Campgrounds.  

You will be required to present proof of age for all minors. A copy of a birth certificate is an acceptable proof of age.  

All Adults (18+) must have valid proof of age photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol in the Festival Site. Digital licenses are accepted as a form of ID. You will need to open the app and login to show security. Screenshots will not be accepted.

No, there are only three ticket categories available: Adult (18+ years old), Youth (15-17 years old) and Junior (4-14 years old). Children aged 3 years and under (as at 19 March 2025) are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket to gain entry to the Festival Site or Campground.  

No, unfortunately there are no group discounts available.

Yes! CMC is offering a payment plan option via AXS and PayPal’s Pay in 4 for those wanting to pay off their CMC Ticket purchase. If you’d like to use the payment plan option, make sure you have an active PayPal Account set up and ready to go PRIOR to The Drove Presale starting.

There are 4 Steps:

1. Choose your tickets via AXS
2. Select the Pay Later option on the checkout page of AXS
3. If approved, you will make the first payment at the time of your purchase
4. You will pay the balance across 3 payments - one payment every teo (2) weeks

To use PayPal Pay in 4 you will need:

• To be 18 years of age or older
• An Aussie residential address
• An Aussie PayPal account
• An email and mobile phone number

There is a limit of $2,000.00 and payments cannot be split across multiple payment methods if the order/transaction total exceeds $2,000.00. If your order does exceed $2,000 you would need to do a second* order/transaction for the remaining tickets.

Yes, there are three separate campgrounds at CMC (A Campground, B Campground and C Campground) with multiple camp site offerings between them. Full details of the different Camp Sites available to purchase within these Campgrounds are outlined below and can be found here.

Yes, you can! Stand-alone Camp Site Tickets will be available to purchase. Don't forget! If you're camping, you need a Full Festival Ticket as well.

No, only one (1) Camp Site Ticket is needed for your group. Make sure to claim Campground Entry Tickets for everyone camping with you on the Camp Site when you're purchasing.

NOTE: Max per person limits pending Camp Site type. Please refer to the Camping Page for more information.

All advertised camp site sizes will be strictly enforced, just so everyone in the Campgrounds has a fair play with their set up.

Make sure you have measured your Tents, Swags, Camper Trailers, Caravans, Horse Floats, Roof Top Campers, Camper Vans and Motorhomes and you know which size Camp Site you need BEFORE you purchase your Camp Site Ticket.

‍Camp Site & Campground Entry Tickets do not include access to the Festival Site. You must have both a FULL FESTIVAL Ticket and a CAMP SITE & CAMPGROUND ENTRY Ticket.

CMC ROCKS QLD 2025 is a General Admission Standing Event. This means there is no reserved or allocated seating.

This may change depending on any COVID Safe guidelines that the festival is required to comply with. We will notify you if this happens.

Unless otherwise notified, patrons will be able to bring their own chairs into the Festival Site as long as they are in compliance with the Festival’s Chair Guidelines (which will be released closer to the Festival).

Chairs are allowed in all areas except:

• the semi-circular Chair Exclusion Zone in front of the Stampede and Rebel stages.
• The Station VIP Bar.
• elevated Accessible Viewing Platforms.
• any additional areas included on the Festival Map (which will be released closer to the Festival)

No. Camping Tickets are only available for people who purchase FULL FESTIVAL Tickets.

If you need to sell your ticket or change the name on your ticket, you will be able to do so closer to the Festival via AXS.

AXS OFFICIAL RESALE launches end of January 2025 - it's the ONLY safe spot to sell or buy pre-loved tickets. DO NOT use the Transfer Ticket option for private sales to those not known by you – there’s no way for CMC to guarantee the seller is legit or that the tickets are real. Stick to the AXS Official Resale for safe buying and selling.

• up to six (6) Festival Tickets + one (1) Camp Site Ticket per transaction.
• up to one (1) Overflow Parking Ticket per transaction.
• up to six (6) Single Day Tickets per transaction.

You cannot get a refund if you don’t like the Artist line up.

Once General Public Tickets go on sale (10am AEST Thursday 12 September) and sell out, you’ll have to wait until the Festival’s official resale opens closer to the Festival and try to snap up someone’s pre-loved purchase.

Yes we do, there is a maximum 1 carer per paid ticket holder.

The Carer will be eligible for the same entry ticket type as the paid ticketholder.

To access Accessible and Companion Card tickets please submit your request to AXS Customer Support HERE. If you have been issued a Companion Card ticket, you may be required to present your Companion Card at the festival on

event day.

When submitting your request please include:

* Your name

* Your AXS order number

* A scan or photo of your Companion Card, if requesting a Companion Card complimentary ticket.
