As this is an outdoor event, the Festival Site and Campgrounds can be affected by any inclement weather and both the grass area and roads can become very muddy. We recommend you consider this in planning for the Festival. As always, we encourage patrons to notify Festival personnel if they require assistance at any time.
Festival Site
The Festival is located within Willowbank Raceway which is a grassed, outdoor but mostly flat area. There are a few gravel roads (but these are not around the entire Festival Site) and there are also some uneven surfaces across the Festival Site.
Campgrounds
The Campgrounds are located outside Willowbank Raceway and are predominantly large grass fields with some bitumen / gravel unsealed roads.
Campground A is the most accessible to the Festival Site and CMC recommends Campground A as the best option for any patrons who have accessibility requirements. All Campgrounds will have accessible amenities.
Accessible Car Parking is available. Vehicles with a valid disability parking permit will still be required to purchase a car parking ticket. You can pre-book your parking ticket via AXS once on sale and then to access Accessible and Companion Card tickets, please submit your request to AXS Customer Support HERE. We will provide you with further details about the location and access closer to the Festival.
Yes, there are accessible showers and toilets in a dedicated area* in each of the campgrounds. If you require use of accessible amenities in the Campgrounds, please ensure you apply for Accessible and Companion Card tickets, and submit your request to AXS Customer Support HERE.
We will provide you with further details closer to the Festival.
*Limited spots will be available to unregistered campers onsite, but are not guaranteed.
