• Drop off and collection will need to be pre-arranged with CMC Rocks QLD
• You will need to complete the below form (in full)
• Delivery can only occur within the below dates and times:
  • B & C Campground – Between 12:00pm Monday 17 March and 12:00pm Tuesday 18 March
  • A Campground – Between 9:00am Tuesday 18 March and 9:00am Wednesday 19 March
• Collection for all Campgrounds can only occur AFTER 3:00pm Monday 24 March
• Campground Entry:
  • There are a few roads along the way that you may be tempted to try and take a shortcut but these roads DO NOT have access to Paynes Road. Mt Hines Road is split up by a creek that you cannot cross. All vehicles must enter via Goebels Road. The Campground Entry Map will be released closer to the Festival dates.
• The camper or caravan delivery person will be met with a CMC Rocks QLD Campground Staff Member upon arrival and directed to the Camp Site.

Please note the below Campground Sizes, to ensure your Camper or Caravan will fit within the designated space. If it is larger than the designated space, you are unable to have this on your site.

• Medium Camp Sites: 5m x 6m 
• Large Camp Sites: 6m x 12m

All third party providers must label each camper/caravan with the Customer’s name and phone number on the external.

Power will be available during the operating times of the event, CMC cannot guarantee that generators will be on during delivery time, but the camper or caravan provider delivering must connect the caravan before departing. 10 amps or 15 amps is available. You must bring your own 25 metre extension cord to connect to power. We cannot guarantee connection to the campground distribution board with extension cords that are shorter than 25 metres in length. All extension cords must be tested and tagged as per Electrical Testing Standard AS3760.

Campers and Caravans must come pre-filled with water. There is no capacity to fill water tanks at the CMC Campgrounds.

Please note full list of Prohibited Items within the CMC Rocks QLD Campgrounds found HERE. Vehicles, Caravans and Campers may be checked by Security prior to entering the Campgrounds. Please allow for at least a one hour window for delivery.

Early delivery of a camper or a caravan is at your own risk. While we take great care for campers and caravans at all times, CMC Rocks QLD will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss to person or property which is a result of an early delivery of a caravan or a camper. CMC Rocks QLD will not be liable or responsible for patrons finding a caravan or camper in the state it is delivered in or a company collecting a caravan or camper in the state it is delivered in.
