Campground:     The area designated by the Promoter located at:

                        38 Champions Way

                        and

                        Queensland Raceway

                        133 Champions Way

                        WILLOWBANK QLD 4306

                        and includes any adjacent or nearby areas nominated by Promoter as Campground

 

You and Your:     Any person holding a valid ticket for a Camp Site, Campground Entry, Overflow Parking whether or not the ticket was                          purchased by the person holding the ticket or through a third party.

 

You must agree to these Camping T+Cs to purchase Tickets.

AXS may, without notice, invalidate any Tickets that are believed to be in breach of the Camping T+Cs and no refund, replacement or compensation will be offered.

Each Ticket attracts a Booking Fee, which is inclusive of GST.

All Tickets and products are priced in Australian dollars.

Should the Festival be cancelled or rescheduled, AXS will inform customers via their nominated email address.

AXS provides this service on behalf of the Promoter.

 

CMC Rocks QLD 2025 – Camping Terms and Conditions

  1. Terms and Conditions are Binding: Camping Tickets (including Camp Site and Campground Entry) are sold or given and admission to the Campground is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Camping Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by the Promoter (Camping T+Cs).  By purchasing a Camping Ticket you agree to be bound to the Camping T+Cs.
  2. Directions of Festival Personnel: you must follow the reasonable directions of Festival personnel as required and comply with the law at all times during the Festival.
  3. Authorised Ticketing Agent:  Camping Tickets are available through the Authorised Ticketing Agent.  The Authorised Ticketing Agent for CMC Rocks QLD 2025 is: AXS Australia Group Pty Ltd (AXS) https://www.axs.com/au
  4. Ticket Delivery Methods. you will need to download the AXS Mobile App (iOS or Android) to receive Camping Tickets directly to your AXS Mobile ID.

5.    CAMPING TICKETS

Ticket Purchase: it is a condition of purchase that you must also have purchased and hold a valid Full Festival Ticket. Promoter reserves the right to cancel any or all of your Camping Tickets if you have not purchased ordo not hold a valid Full Festival ticket.

Your Camp Site and/or associated Campground Entry Ticket will allow you to camp for up to five (5) nights and five (5) days:

Campground Access:  unless we publish an earlier Campground access time, no pedestrian or vehicle entry to the Campground is permitted before 9:00am (AEST) on Wednesday 19 March 2025.  

Ticket Purchase Warning:  You are warned not to buy Camping Tickets from unauthorised operators. If you buy Camping Tickets from unauthorised operators you do so at your own risk and neither the Promoter nor the Authorised Ticketing Agent will be able to assist you. Promoter does not allocate any Camping Tickets to unauthorised re-sellers which include but are not limited to: Viagogo; Stubhub; Ticketfinders; Ticket Merchant; Tixel; and Worldticketshop.  Promoter cannot guarantee any ticket purchase made through any means other than the Authorised Ticketing Agent (for example via websites such as eBay, Gumtree and social media Buy Swap Sell pages).

Ticket Restrictions: the promotion, advertising, offering or selling of Camping Tickets is strictly prohibited by anyone other than the Authorised Ticketing Agent, unless:

                 (a)            with Promoter’s prior written consent; or

                 (b)            where expressly permitted underrelevant State or Federal trading laws.

Camping Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Promoter, be used for advertising, promotion or for any other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. In addition to any other legal rights and remedies that Promoter has in this regard, Promoter reserves the right to immediately cancel, without notice or compensation to you, any Camping Tickets sold or used in breach of this condition.

Ticket Purchase Limits:  Promoter reserves the right to enforce published ticket purchase limits and cancel any tickets obtained abovesaid limits in any one transaction. If you exceed the stated ticket limit, you may have all or any of your order and tickets cancelled without notice by Promoter in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, ticketing account, email address, IP address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Credit Card Transaction Details: the name AXS Australia Group will appear on your credit card statement next to your ticket purchase transaction if you selected to pay in full. If you pay using PayPal or the PayPal Pay in 4 payment plan, PAYPAL will appear on your credit card statement next to your ticket purchase transaction.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy: the Festival is an all-weather event. The Campground will open rain or shine.  Promoter reserves the right to change and otherwise vary the Campground without prior notification and deny admission to the Campground with reasonable cause.  

There will be no refund of any unused portion of a Camping Ticket if you or your invitees are required to leave for any of the reasons set out in the Campground T+Cs, or if you decide not to attend.

No refunds will be processed if you are denied entry due to not having valid identification for admittance to the Campground.

Ticket Refunds: no refunds on tickets except where required by law or in accordance with Live Performance Australia’s Code of Practice for Ticketing of Live Entertainment Events in Australia or the Australian Consumer Law (or any other applicable laws).

Cancellation: if the Campground operation is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

Rescheduled or Significantly Relocated: if the Festival is rescheduled or the Festival and/or Campground is significantly relocated for any reason whatsoever, your ticket will be valid (or if applicable, your ticket will be reissued) for the rescheduled or relocated Festival and/or Campground unless otherwise advised by the Promoter or the Authorised Ticketing Agent. You are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price if you cannot attend the rescheduled or relocated Festival and/or Campground, provided that you apply for a refund within the period of time advertised or notified by the Promoter and/or the relevant Authorised Ticketing Agent.

Reduced Capacity or Varied Configuration of the Campground due to Intervening Circumstances:  if there are Intervening Circumstances which require the Campground capacity to be reduced or the configuration to be varied then that process will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. If your transaction is identified for cancellation (ie due to Campground capacity restrictions) then you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.  

Intervening Circumstances means an incident that is beyond the Promoter’s control which occurs after the time a Ticket is sold, such as an act of God, state of emergency (eg bushfire or flood), public health emergency (eg pandemics including COVID-19 related),travel warnings (eg travel restrictions or Government advice to not travel) and Government or Health Authority directives (eg forced venue closures or mass gathering restrictions).

Where you are entitled to a refund, you will be refunded the ticket face value only (unless required by Australian Consumer Law, the Handling Fees, Mail Fee and Payment Administration Fees will not be refundable).

  1. Replacement of Ticket: replacements on any ticket will only be given as set out in these Campground T+Cs, or as reasonably determined by Promoter in order to comply with the Applicable Codes and Laws. Promoter and/or Authorised Ticketing Agent will not replace lost, stolen or destroyed tickets unless proof of purchase is presented. Authorised Ticketing Agent may charge a fee for the replacement of tickets.
  2. Lost Wristbands:  replacement is not available for lost, destroyed or stolen Festival & Camping Wristbands unless proof of purchase is presented.
  3. Campground Entry:  entry to the selected Campground will be granted on presentation of two things:

               1.              Your Camp Site Ticket or Overflow Parking Ticket (to allow vehicle access).

               2.              Your Full Festival Ticket AND your Campground Entry Ticket via the AXS Mobile ID Account.

Each person must have one Full Festival Ticket issued in their name and one Campground Entry Ticket issued in their name.

Your Full Festival Ticket and Campground Entry Ticket will be exchanged for 1 x Festival & Camping Wristband after entry at the designated Wristbanding Station in the Campground.  If you only have a Festival Wristband you will not be permitted to enter the Campground for any reason whatsoever.  

Your Festival & Camping Wristband must be worn at all times at the Campground – failure to do so may result in eviction from the Campground. Any Wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Damaged or defaced Wristbands will not be accepted.

  1. Maximum Number of People on a Camp Site: you cannot have more than the maximum number of occupants per Camp Site however you are permitted to have less than the maximum number.
  2. Selection of Camp Site: all Camp Sites in the Campground will be allocated by Camp Marshalls on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to camp with friends, you must arrive together and have purchased the same size Camp Site (ie Small, Medium or Large) in the same Campground as Camp Site sizes are in separate areas.
  3. Vehicle Movement: vehicles brought into the Campground (including the Overflow Car Park) are not permitted to leave the Campground (or the Overflow Car Park) under any circumstances until the Approved Departure Time. All vehicles brought onto the Campground (or the Overflow Car Park) must remain parked at the designated Camp Site or Overflow Car Park spot until the Approved Departure Time.  Vehicles are not permitted to be driven around the Campground for any reason (this includes ferrying passengers between entry gates and the designated Camp Site or the Overflow Car Park).  

Approved Departure Time means the following (which remain subject to change by Promoter in Promoter's discretion with any changes published on the CMC website):

From       06:00 am (AEST)  Monday24 March 2025  Until        12:00 midday (AEST)       Monday 24 March 2025

Note that departure between the below times will be restricted and staggered by Festival Traffic Marshalls with support from Festival Security and Police:

From      10:30 pm – 11:30 pm (AEST) on Sunday 23 March 2025

From      06:00 am – 09:00 am (AEST) on Monday 24 March 2025

Breach of this condition may result in your eviction from the Campground. If you are evicted for breach of this condition you will not be entitled to any refund for your Festival Ticket or Camping Ticket.  

  1. Leaving the Campground: on departure from the Campground please make sure all your belongings, camping equipment, rubbish and vehicles are removed.  Promoter will not be responsible for any belongings left on the Campground and anything left behind will be discarded.
  2. Accessible Campground: accessible Camp Sites are purchased as regular Camp Sites.  You must complete an Accessible and Companion Card Form via AXS here. On arrival at the Campground you will be directed to a specific area (close to accessible showers and toilets).  You will be required to bring your original Mobility Parking Scheme permit issued by a regulatory authority (or equivalent proof of impaired mobility) to be allocated an accessible Camp Site.
  3. Search on Entry:  it is a condition of entry to the Campground that a search of you and/or your possessions and/or vehicles be required at the time of entry to the Campground.  If you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the Campground without refund.  Campground Prohibited Items include but are not limited to the list of items at the end of these Camping T+Cs and any Campground Prohibited Items must be surrendered to permit entry to the Campground.  Surrendered items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed.  
  4. Alcohol: the Campground is strictly an ALCOHOL FREE ZONE. Your person, possessions and/or vehicle may be searched and any alcohol found must be surrendered. Surrendered alcohol will not be retuned, replaced or reimbursed and may result in your eviction from the Campground.
  5. Noise: no noise is permitted in the Campground after 12:00midnight (AEST).
  6. Behaviour and Security: please respect the Campground and your fellow campers. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your eviction from the Campground. You will be evicted from the Campground if you behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, lewd or insulting actions) towards other patrons, Camping Marshalls or Festival personnel.  
  7. CCTV: there will be 24 hour security and CCTV at the Campground to ensure the safety and amenity of all campers. You are responsible for the safety and security of your belongings and Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of your possessions at the Campground.  CCTV cameras are operational at various points across the Campground and they may capture and record your image. Any personal information collected through the CCTV will comply with Australian Privacy Principles. Your personal information will be kept secure and will be destroyed or de-identified when it is no longer needed.
  8. Smoking and Vaping Policy: there will be designated smoking and vaping only areas in the Campground and they will be subject to applicable Queensland Health laws in place at the time of the Festival. No smoking or vaping is permitted in any space outside of these designated areas or any indoor area of the Campground.
  9. Recording and Photography

Photographing and/or Recording of the Campground by You: personal digital cameras are permitted in the Campground. SLR cameras are permitted but professional photography equipment (eg telephoto lenses; any lens over 5cm; any detachable lens) is not permitted without Promoter-issued media accreditation. Festival personnel will determine in their discretion whether equipment is considered to be professional photography equipment. Photos of artists and/or the Campground are permitted only on the basis that:

                 1.              images are only used for privateand personal use; and

                 2.              images cannot be made available for sale and/or public display.

Recording or filming the Campground is strictly prohibited.  Promoter reserves the right to confiscate and/or delete any footage, recordings and/or photos created by unauthorised or prohibited recording, filming or photography.

Recording and Photography of the Campground by Promoter: you consent to be included in official photography, film and sound recordings of the Campground and for these recordings and photos to be used by Promoter and/or any of its authorised representatives and contractors in any medium or context without further authorisation by or compensation to you.

  1. No Animals: animals are not permitted at the Campground.  Assistance animals (such as guide, hearing and assistance dogs) that have been trained to assist a person with a disability, to alleviate effects of that disability; and have been trained and certified or accredited and registered are permitted.  Note that Campground Marshalls and Festival personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that is declared a dangerous dog or a restricted breed, has an infectious diseases or poses a threat to public health or the health of other animals.
  2. No Trading: you are not permitted to trade or offer any goods or services for sale within the Campground unless you have the prior written consent of Promoter.
  3. Drugs: if you are found supplying, consuming or in possession of illicit drugs you will be removed from the Campground and may be referred to police.
  4. Medication: all medication (prescription or over the counter) must be declared on entry and may need approval by a Festival medic. Medication is allowed to be brought into the Campground, under the following conditions:

                 •                Medication must be in itsoriginal packaging and untampered.

                 •                Medication must be placed in aclear, resealable bag.

                 •                Medication must have proof ofscript.

                 •                It must only be the dosage for the duration of yourstay at the Campground.

All medication will undergo normal security processes upon entryto the Campground.

  1. Medical Records: by using any medical facilities at the Campground, you consent to the Promoter having access to your medical records.  
  2. Weather: please come prepared for all weather; camping will proceed irrespective of weather conditions. No refunds will be made should you decide not to attend the Campground due to inclement weather. This is an outdoor camping festival and the Campground can be affected by inclement weather. This means the grass area, paths and roads can become very muddy. Promoter recommends you consider this in planning for the Campground and recommends you wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe is recommended) and clothing for all weather conditions and your camping equipment is suitable for all weather conditions.
  3. Risk: entry to the Campground is at your own risk.  Without limiting the generality of this you must:

(a)            wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe footwear is recommended) and clothing at all times at the Campground;

(b)            not engage in anti-social crowd behaviour;

(c)            determine whether your health or the health of other attendees may be adversely impacted by your attendance at the Campground.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promoter takes no responsibility for any hearing damage or loss caused by injury caused by your failure to follow Promoter’s directives.

In the event of injury or illness Promoter may in its discretion, at your cost, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed necessary for your safety or the safety of other patrons at the Campground.

There remains an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and/or other communicable diseases and illnesses in any public place or place where people are present. There is no guarantee, express or implied, that any person attending the Campground will not be exposed to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases or illnesses. By attending the Campground, you voluntarily assume any and all risks related to any exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases or illnesses that maybe present including bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness that may result in your injury/death.

Promoter will continue to assess the outbreak and transmission of communicable diseases, including any stipulations from Government, Health Authorities, artists and venues in determining necessary safety measures for the Campground. By purchasing tickets to the Campground, you agree to follow any Campground policies in place at the time of the Festival. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of vaccination, QR code check-in, social distancing, mask wearing, changes to capacity, and/or other measures. Your breach of any of the Campground policies may lead to you being refused entry and/or ejected from the Campground.

  1. Your Personal Information: pursuant to your booking, Promoter may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, phone number and the names of all ticket allocations. Unless you tell us otherwise, Promoter may disclose your contact details to third parties if you elect to receive such information at time of ticket purchase so they can provide you with promotional material about other events and products. Promoter may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. If you have any questions about how Promoter will handle your personal information refer to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  2. Promoter’s Rights:  Promoter reserves the right to amend or vary the Campground configuration and capacity (without prior notification) and deny admission to the Campground with reasonable cause. Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons.  
  3. Promoter’s Liability:  the services provided by Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill to the extent required by the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) 2010 and applicable similar state legislation. Apart from such statutory liability, Promoter and the owner and/or lessee of the Campground will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered or incurred by you or any person entering or when you enter or are on the Campground whether caused by the negligence of Promoter or that of the owner and/or lessee of the Campground (or their respective employees or agents), whether arising in tort, contract, bailment or otherwise – all such injury loss or damage to person or property is at your own risk.  
  4. Indemnity: you agree to indemnify Promoter and owner and/or lessee of the Campground (as applicable) against any loss or damage Promoter and/or Campground owner and/or lessee may suffer arising out of your negligence or breach of the Camping T+Cs (as applicable).
  5. Release: to the full extent permitted by law, you waive all legal rights of action against and fully release Promoter and owner or lessee of the Campground (and their respective executive members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, economic loss or consequential loss for any default, failure or negligence (to the extent permitted by law) in relation to entry to and presence on the Campground.
  6. Enforceability: any provision of the Camping T+Cs which is or becomes unenforceable shall not invalidate the other provisions of the Camping T+Cs (as applicable).
  7. Variation to Terms and Conditions: the Promoter may vary these Camping T+Cs at any time without notice to you. Any variations become effective immediately once the variation has been published on the Promoter’s website. Any variations will not operate retrospectively.

CMC Rocks QLD 2025 - Campground Prohibited Items

Any persons found to be in possession of Campground Prohibited Items must surrender those Campground Prohibited Items to be permitted entry to the Campground. Surrendered items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed. Any persons found to be in possession of illegal substances or participating in illegal activities will be removed from the Campground and may be referred to the police.

Campground Prohibited Items include but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol
  • Animals (excluding service or assistance animals such as guide dogs).
  • Balloons, frisbees, projectiles, sticks, poles, bats, clubs, etc.
  • Beanbags, blow-up chairs or lounges or couches.
  • Clothing, jewellery or accessory displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any “declared criminal organisation” within the meaning of the Criminal Code(Criminal Organisations) Regulation 2013.
  • Clothing, costume or personal effects that may be considered culturally inappropriate.
  • Confetti or shredded paper.
  • Drones or any other remote control devices.
  • Fires and open flames.
  • Flammable liquids. Empty jerry cans are permitted.
  • Flares, fireworks, sparklers, explosives or any fire twirling equipment.
  • Glass (jars, bottles, containers, mirrors and perfumes).
  • Illegal or illicit substances.
  • Kites or sky lanterns.
  • Nitrous oxide bulbs and canisters.
  • Noise-making devices such as air horns, horns, bells, bullhorns, thunder sticks, whistles or musical instruments.
  • Lasers, laser pointers or pens.
  • Masks (with the exception of medical masks or religious face coverings).
  • Political signage.
  • Pools (inflatable pools, plunge pools, spa pools, etc).
  • Professional photography equipment (eg telephoto lenses; any lens over 5cm; any detachable lens; stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment or anything deemed by Festival personnel to be professional photography equipment).
  • Recording devices including audio or video (GoPro and similar).
  • Sharpies, markers, paint cans or paint pens.
  • Signage (eg trading signs or political signage or anything deemed offensive in the opinion of Festival personnel).
  • Skateboards, scooters, wagons, carts, rollerblades, roller skates, bicycles, electric bikes, electric scooters, quad-bikes, segways, hoverboards, self-balancing scooters or any personal motorised transportation.
  • Studded items (eg belts, wristbands, etc).
  • Toy guns, water guns or slingshots.
  • Unauthorised solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, or other promotional items.
  • Weapons of any kind including tasers, mace sprays or explosives of any kind (including potential missiles / projectiles).
  • Whips.
  • Any other item deemed by Festival personnel (in their discretion) to be, or potentially be, a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests, dangerous or offensive.
